Do you eat a apple a day?

I use to try to eat a apple a day, but i got bored. i think i will try again because apples are suppose
to be good for us.

I usually eat either an apple or some other piece of fruit like a peach, pear or nectarine with a bottle of Poland Spring water for lunch. It is very low calorie plus very good for the digestion.

No.   Sometimes I am in the mood for apples and peanut butter & I'll ride that wave for awhile, but then I move on to something else.

You are not going to believe this but apples are expensive here, and I think they grow around here. Apples helps me with the diet thing too, pectin. When I can't buy the fresh, I eat apple sauce. I think I feel better when I eat apples.

I don't eat an apple a day but I do make sure to have a certain amount of fruit each and every day!

I try to but it rarely happens daily.  I do eat kale everyday though.  I fully believe in those leafy greens.
