Explore Jobs Videos....confusion

I am just missing the issue here. I fill in the job and the "I am not a robot", but the "job offers" are sensless ads for Pokemn or something.

If we sign up for any of that, we have junk mail galore.

Is there a less invasive, successful way to do these?

Yeah not really you can always just use an email that you do not normally use.
