I watched this video with great interest.  I care for a young man with disabilities who also was given a short life expectancy when he was two years old. 

He just started college last week! 

Modern medicine and technology has helped my young man beat many odds.

I am grateful for the advances we have in technology.

Let's not forget that it is the Lord who inspired man to create this technology. I am so glad that the young man that you care for has done so well. May God bless him in all he does and you as well.

It was a very inspiring film. I was going to find out more, but it seemed to be limited to medical personnel.

Kudos to you, jkhanson.  It takes really special people to reach out to people with special needs.

Coincidentally, today the CEO of ResMed was a guest on Jim Cramer's "Mad Money," which brings educational advice to millions of investing viewers.  I only knew of this company's name from this video.  It was founded in Australia and relocated to San Diego in 1990.  Indeed, we are living in a time of technological advancements and this company is playing a big role.  In this interview, Mick Farrell spoke specifically of the many improvements that have been made toward sleep-disordered breathing (and CRAP devices), which go largely unrecognized by the population.
