Error message on 1/2 cent video

Anyone else getting error messages on 1/2 cent video? This is the message I am getting.

I don't recall getting that message but I do get return to page.

I have been seeing those error messages, too, or the page just stays completely blank.  The half cent videos have been working so well for me.  Maybe I've just hit my quota and I'm having a "time out" period before they start back up again.  I was really liking how reliable they were for a while there!
