Printing Coupons - Still disappointed/Venting
« on: January 05, 2017, 09:09:52 am »
For me to be able to print coupons, I have to call a phone number, get a code that's ONLY good for ONE HOUR and which they only call you back within ONE business day with that code and is ONLY good for that day, even though they stated it's good "forever." NOT SO.

I don't INTEND to call every day that I want to print coupons.  I don't think it's fair that they are only allowing those that can afford a smart phone and/or a regular mobile phone with text and data to use their coupons....and it's all over the web. I can't print a single coupon anymore and I used to depend on them. Now I'm back to paying full price for everything. It's just not fair.

This was the first time I ran across the requirement for the phone number to print coupons.  I did it twice,  it only credited once.  I have not tried it again as I really don't like putting my cell number out there for junk.  The same evening as I did it the first time I had a call from China! Suspicious!  I don't think you are missing anything on this one.  Stores are funny about the printed coupons too, if there is any trouble scanning them you don't get them.  I use the coupons from the newspaper, yep still buy a newspaper and whatever digital coupons the stores have for the rewards cards/programs.  Save quite a bit when I can match a sale,  a coupon and a store discount (save $5 off $25).

I think I'll skip that offer. I get enough calls from telemarketers.

Wow, that's so unnecessarily complicated :(

Have you check your supermarket's website?  Mine has something call "digital coupons"  that I can load on to my loyalty card directly (after creating an online acct and linking it with the loyalty card).

Won't be able to earn FusionCash credits doing this, but at least you can get some coupons without much trouble.

I don't get a request for a code. I simply add all the coupons I want to print and they print automatically.

I don't get a request for a code either. There was a couple days the coupon offer didn't credit for me but it seems to be working now.

I would check other coupon sites that do not require you to give your number.  This may help you print coupons and save

I have seen this offer on my list either. If I do get the offer, I think that I will not try it out. Sounds like a lot of trouble. Sorry to those who are having this problem. :(

I love the coupons, too, but the way I have to do it, I would never get credit for the offer since they don't give you a verification code until 1 business day later.  On line coupons really used to help my grocery bill, but no longer. An on line coupon for Charmin is usually $1 while in the flyers you get in the newspaper is only $0.25. Even if the store doubles it, it doesn't add up to $1.

This is why I'm so furious. I lose out on the coupons PLUS the FC cents for printing them.  A double whammy.

I have tried a number of coupon sites and they all direct to Coupons.com.

As for digital coupons, at one store they only allow scan smart phone codes. So, can't use those either.
