Sorry to hear that, I always leave the cabinets open.  Try using a heater on low, it will probably take a while for them to thaw out.  Hope things work out for you.

My cousin also has a water pump outside (she lives on a farm) she puts straw bales all around the pump in the winter to help insulate it. Every once in awhile it still freezes but not as much

Before winter even start, I cover the pipes up to prevent them from freezing.

If you run water daily your pipe should not freeze

I had that happen some years ago.  Not a good thing to wake up too.  Hope you got them thawed out. :)

Thanks for all the feedback and comments. My pipes were wrapped in the foiled foam tape as well as the foam tubing over that, faucet has a steady drip any way, but still froze. I didn't know how far the freeze went from the pump so all I could do is heat up the piping coming up from the ground slowly going towards the well with a hair dryer and it worked in under 15 minutes. Thankful no burst pipe. I tried a halogen stanley shop light that puts off enough heat to start a fire but with the wind it just blew the heat away from the pipe that it was directed too, the hair dryer worked quick though so all is good for now. I insulated them even more and keep an eye on the temp to let my faucet run in a steady flow but not too much that it builds up in the sink for fear of flooding over.

I'm so glad I don't have to worry about those things anymore.

Heat tape, and electric heater should help unthaw pipes.

If ur going to do something to the pipes I would always close the water valve so if something cracks or gets broken, you don't have to worry about getting flooded or water sprouts... To help thaw out the frozen pipes, I would use a heater to thaw out the ice... After tht I would insulate the pvc pipes so they don't get prone to freezing again
