I vaguely remember him from when I was a kid.Not so much for his wrestling, but for Rowdy Roddy Piper famously smashing him on the head with a coconut during Piper's Pit.

I heard of the scandal that dogged him for years. I don't know enough about it to form an opinion.

RIP Superfly.
