Sunday Night Snack

It's Sunday night and I'm sitting here; at my computer with a snack.

I'm drinking ginger tea with a little bit of sweet cream International Delight.  I'm also eating a few pieces of crystalized ginger.  Ginger is very nutritious and has a tendency to kill off bacteria.

What kind of snack do you enjoy?

I can eat anything as a snack. I can munch all day and night. It is a bad habit since I am gaining weight and not moving as much.

Me Too! I'm hooked on cherry sours right now. The in between snack when snacking I guess. I don't smoke, don't drink, but I do have this bad munching habit.
