I just check  658 EST and still not available.

I thought it was just me and I tried a couple of different browsers. but I don't have any sponsored ads, so I can't complete the paid to click either. Just posting here in the hopes that I will be notified when there is some kind of answer.

Somebody had mentioned that the sponsors contracts were probably up for re-negociation.   In these lean times it might be the end of PTC.  I hope not.
