good luck to you. i quit one month before I FOUND OUT i had breast cancer, and I've never gone back.  It's too expensive, and it's such a health risk.

I used to.  When my sister-in-law got lung cancer, I decided too quit.  I just couldn't continue smoking when she was fighting for her life. It seemed disrespectful.

I quit Oct 24 2009. It was very difficult since I smoked almost 3 packs a day, but I did it and will never pick up a cigarette again.
