I am a conspiracy theorist and think someone murdered him in jail. But I guess if you are in jail for life without parole you could pull the trigger and end it yourself at any time.

Some are saying the guards did it. I guess we will never really know for sure .

People do it all the time with face paint. It's not hard. It only comes out backwards when people fail to realize the mirror is showing a reverse image.

That's true. I think it is sad all around.

I think "He hung himself" sums it up quite well and would be great if it was never brought up again. Why dwell on the wasted life of a talented athlete that killed people? The families of Hernandez's victims can breathe a sigh of relief as they will not be pulled into court every time Hernandez would try to appeal his sentence or constantly be reminded of their loss every time he got into trouble in jail. We have a dear friend that has to fly out to court appearances every time the murderer of my friend's sister asks for an appeal or change of jurisdiction. This murderer was caught red handed and admitted killing for five years. My friend comes back depressed for weeks. If someone else killed him they will have to bear that burden.

I see all this comment online and also watch t.v and I see people painting this guy as if he is a clean innocent boy. For God's sake he killed someone precious son, was non-apologetic and was a total coward. No matter what happened in that prison, the fact still remains that he is a *bleep* murderer, yes he was not legally convicted because he killed himself or whatever but still it is not a conspiracy that he killed someone or maybe 3 people.

That's a sad situation. I don't know what happened other than what's reported. I feel for the families.

If he did committed suicide, he's a true coward through & through! If he couldn't face judgment in front of his fellow man/woman here on earth,.... what makes him think he'll have the strength to face a higher Power?!!!!!!!

Our lives are made or broken by the choices we make.  Other people, chemical imbalances, physical injury, emotions, personality disorders, all sorts of things to take into consideration that influence a person's choices.

I think for a young man to go from "having it all", then to be looking at it all gone with nothing to look forward to , would be hard to handle.

The prisons really should offer worthwhile counseling so the inmates have someone to really care, listen & advise them, have motivational speakers give talks to encourage them, and some kind of suicide prevention counselling.  Inmates should be encouraged not to give up, there are sooo many things they are now free to learn, and do with their lives.

If someone else did kill him, his blood will be forever on their hands.

Tragic ending either way.  :(
