Organic ACV is the liquid for almost everything. I drink Organic ACV first thing in the morning to help burn calories.  Also I use it on my hair, cleaning my house and so many other things.  Along with ACV I use Tumeric, Cinnamon, Honey and ginger root with my teas.

I have used apple cider vinegar to get rid of an annoying wart on my little finger and it worked wonders. After the application, within several days the wart disappeared. I only buy the 32 oz Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. Make sure the label has the words “With The Mother.” I also add a few teaspoons of ACV diluted with warm water as a drink. I don’t drink it daily. Some people don’t like the taste. I don’t think it taste bad because I can handle anything that tastes sour or bitter.

I had a wart under the end of my fingernail. I had it burned off at the dermatologist and it came back. I battled it for several years as it grew. I was wrapping it daily in duct tape and it was not working. A friend told me to try ACV. I would dip my finger in ACV a couple times a day for 5 minutes then wrap it in duct tape. After a couple weeks, that pesky wart went away!!!

I've heard a capful in a glass of water is supposed to settle your stomach. Can't say for sure whether it worked..

I've only sipped it to help a sore throat.

I and my daughter use the apple cider vinegar with "the mother"., which is supposed to be the best one to use internally.   I put a teaspoon of it in my grapefruit juice in the morning, which disguises the taste.  it has helped me immensely when I have had gallbaldder attacks.  My daughter also uses it as a rinse for her hair.

I love the taste of apple cider vinegar.  It needs a little tweaking first, though. I can happily drink my leftover vinaigrette salad dressing.

It is very good for you and so are fermented foods, such as sauerkraut and pickles. You just have to watch the salt content.
