I don't use it because I think it would add more stress because of how fast it is... although I do know it really helps some people

I saw a dog playing with one on Facebook.  That makes me realize that a Fidget Spinner could also be a pet toy.

If you believe it will help with your stress, then I promise you that it will.  If you believe it won't, I promise it won't.  Stress is all in your head and you have to know that you are in control of it.

I use them and my kids love them .... i don't think they help with adhd or stress, but it is a fun toy

I spent an hour on YouTube looking at all the variations, but haven't bought one yet and not sure I ever will. If I did, it would have to be after a hands on trial to make sure I wasn't wasting my money on any of the junk being sold for a fast buck.

I'm sort of curious about spinners or those fidget dice things, but I'm sure if I saw someone else playing with one it would be distracting to me. I'm glad this craze came when I'm no longer in school anymore or I'd be driven crazy.
