five minute alarm

A music alarm wakes me up in the morning.
It runs for five minutes.
It eases me into my day.
sometimes I peak and I have one more minute.

A silent alarm on my fitbit that I wear wakes me up. It vibrates and I never thought I would wake up to a silent vibrating alarm but it seems better than a loud annoying alarm that startles you in the early 5 AM wake up...lol
