Cash reduced
« on: May 31, 2017, 05:06:16 am »
I had enough to cash out and now the amount has been reduced by $8.  I just wondered what happened and how I can find out.  Thank you.

Did your bonus expire (they are marked in red if you check your account)? These earnings are good for up to 180 days. If you do not cash out within the timeframe they will expire and decrease your earnings once they have been posted to your account. You can read about it under the TOS (Terms of Service) IV. Payments (“Cashing Out”).

https://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php

Also, sometimes Fusion Cash will send you a notification to inform you after the advertiser of the survey have revoked your payment for a reason.

:o Wow $8 is quite a chunk of change! That's crazy! Did you get any emails explaining why? Usually they send one that will at least halfway explain why a payment was taken away. Most likely it was a sponsor that didn't like your answers for a survey or 2 but still, that amount is quite high. I hope you find out what happened! Good luck  ??? 8)

If some of your credits are 180 days old, they automatically fall off at that point.

The most likely answer is that you lost some of your credits because they were 180 days old, but that does seem like a lot in one day.  Check your "My Account" page and scroll down and see if any credits indicate that they expired.  If that's the case, though, they will keep expiring every day, and it's very hard to catch up, unless you had a period of time when you weren't on the site. That happened to me and it's hard to do. If that's not the case, then  go to "Get Help" and open a support ticket and ask what happened.

They will take from you if you rush thru or advertisers will not pay. It happened to me, said I rushed thru or cheated, how can you cheat with surveys?

My best guess is your offer expired, I may be wrong but that's the best reason I can think of.

Taking the survey multiple times, random clicking , providing inconsistent answers, speeding through so you couldn't possibly have actually read and fully paid attention

There was actually a person on here not long ago, that was boasting about lying on surveys. So it really is possible to cheat on them. But it's also possible, that due to a glitch or something, they thought your answers either didn't make sense, or were answered too quickly.

This happen to  me and everyday I check in my account was going backward like 40 cents something 5 cents none to less I think this is scaming money from your hard work.  This was the best survey site but it has gone bad.  Don't waste your time.  I thought I could sign of again but it is doing the same taking money from your account everyday.  So I am  not wasting my time any more. I have plenty more site to visit.

I've never had that happen to me because I'm an active member. Money only disappears every day if its been longer than 180 days without a cashout. That's not the site being a scam. That's the fault of people who don't pay attention to the rules and choose not to get on to earn
