That sounds really funny and creative, but I've had warts in the past, and they have deep roots, so I would say that I don't really think that duct tape is going to do any better than make you laugh.

Duct tape fixes a lot of stuff but I don't know about a wart.

I don't know the answer to that. You may want to google and see what others have said on this topic.

Does applying duct tape to a wart really work?

Yes, applying duct tape to a wart really does work.  I've used it on plantar's warts on feet several times.  I just put a little piece of duct tape over the wart every night.  I wore it all day, every day until it was gone.

I've heard of that technique.... I've never tried it or known anyone who actually did it.
I would be careful putting duct tape for any period of time on live/healthy skin.... be careful to cut the duct tape so it fits pretty close to exact over the wart.

You know, those roots run way deep.  Deeper than duct tape, kids/

Does applying duct tape to a wart really work?

If you don’t have duct tape, a regular band-aid from your first aid kit will work just as well. I tried using duct tape alone to get rid of an annoying wart on my little finger before, but it wasn’t as effective compared to tearing off a small piece of cotton ball dipped with a little of Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar With The ‘Mother’. I placed the cotton over the wart and taped it with band-aid overnight and throughout the day. It’s very effective. That’s how I got rid of the wart.

Only one way to find out!  If it doesn't work, nothing lost.  But if it doesn't work, no big deal.  Try Windex!  That will definitely work!

Yes, it DOES work! When my son was young, he had several warts on his body. I took him to the Dr and he burnt them off. They came back so the Dr referred him to a Dermatologist. We waited 4 months to get into the dermatologist. We finally got to see him and he came into the exam room, looked at my son and said "duct tape". I said "Excuse me??" He said put duct tape on them daily. The duct tape suffocates the wart as the cause is a virus. Every night for several weeks I would rip duct tape in little pieces and put on my sons warts. Every morning there would be little pieces of duct tape in his bed lol. After several weeks, Viola'! No more warts! I had one on the tip of my finger three years ago that I had burned off twice. The burger kept coming back. I used duct tape on it faithfully but it did not go away. So, I started rubbing Apple Cider Vinegar on it prior to applying the duct tape. Viola'! No more wart!
