Question about referrals
« on: July 24, 2017, 04:15:03 pm »
Just curious would it look suspicious if i were to have 300+ referrals sign up at once now bare in mind these are real referrals between my Facebook and Twitter account i know i could easily get that in a day or two just curious if the admins here would think they are fake or something fishy was going on and ban me.

Yes it would look suspicious if you had that many sign up in a short period and it's likely that some would be fraudulent signups

How is it that you know you could easily get that in a day or two?  That sounds more fishy to me than anything else. You may have exposure to X-hundred potential referrals, but knowing that at least 300 will sign up in a 48 hour span sounds extremely fishy to me.    Just sayin'

Ok sorry i guess i should have put that as more of a hypothetical question there is no way to guarantee that many would sign up in that short of a time frame i am not a politician my influence is not that great lol just wondering hypothetically if that were the case if it would look fishy but i have my answer thank you for your feedback.

No it would not look suspicious.  I doubt you could easily get over 300 referrals in ONE day though.  You are kidding yourself.  They would know if it were fake.  Because the people have to provide their name, address, email, confirm email and that is too much for one person to do.  Plus they can see where the log in is coming from.

lol.  I agree.  I know for a fact that a ton of people have seen my link.  And I also am pretty sure that there have been some join this site because of my link.  But they signed up on their own as in came to the site and signed up and did not sign up thru my personal link.  It is easier to get your link viewed than it is to get people to sign up for the site.  And then to participate is even harder.  Most people say they don't have time.  You have to find people who are unemployed and desperate for money.  And prove to them, like me, that you have made over $1200 on the site.  And convince them you did not spend money or give a CC number.  And convince them it is not a scam.

I have a friend I referred to another site and her stupid boyfriend kept telling her it is a scam.  Even though I showed her on my phone how much I had been paid in the short time I had been a member.  She did join but waited several months to do the first thing so I did not get the $5 for referring her.  She had to do it within 5 days.  She made 50 cents and then has never came back to the site or app actually.

Yea i also seen that microtasking through a site like microworkers or minijobs for sign ups wouldn't work either under the terms and conditions it's fine i make a relatively good income through online activities it was just a question always looking for more ways to expand my daily income and i have seen a lot of veteran members on here who have earned quite a bit but they have been members for years but every little bit helps.  :)

I think it is easy to have them sign up but if they are not active, then you are not getting anything in return. I have a hard time referring any one person perhaps maybe someone can share their success story about their referrals and are they still active?

Even if you have a big reach you would have to find a bunch of people that have never had an account and/or share an internet connection with another member

I think it will be very suspicious. Also they need to be active so you can also reap the rewards every time they cash out. I have never been able to refer a single person. I am not very good at referrals  Maybe when I get comfortable then I will do it.

I don't think finding people who have never had a account would be that hard.  I had never heard of this site until I was searching for ways to make money online - after I lost my job.  And most people I talk to have never heard of this site or actually being paid to do surveys.  I don't get the sharing an internet connection though.  Your computer will have a unique IP address.  And a lot of people access the internet from a public place like coffee shops and McDonald's.    And the likely hood of 2 people accessing a site like this from a public connection could be pretty good.  SO, I am wondering if as long as you use a different computer and have a different address if it would be okay.  I know people who live next door (who are family) and have wifi and share the internet connection.

I def do not believe that anyone can get 300 plus referrals in ONE day though.  It doesn't matter how many connections you have on Facebook and Twitter.  You can have 150,000 followers but that does not mean you can get 300 to actually sign up.  Unless you lie and over promote the site.  Now if you do that and FC finds out then you can be deleted and banned from the site.

Although FC has banners ON THIS SITE that are THEIRS that say you can make thousands of dollars a day.  So they are violating their own terms. lol.

Getting referrals is not easy.  And I think if they sign up and confirm their email and do one survey you get $3.  Then it is $5 every time they cash out.  But if you had 300 that just done the first part that would be $900 but the OP may not realize if you make over $600 you have to pay income tax on it.  And FC will not pay you until you provide I assume a SS# and proof of who you are.  I have never made that much so I am not sure how it works.  But I know some one was asking about the 1099 and when it would be mailed out back in January.

Having said that I use to follow a guy that has like half a million followers or subscribers to his newsletter.  And he could probably get that many people to sign up under his link very easily.  His newsletter is about how to get free stuff and make money online.

I'm assuming the person has a huge following and thinks they can get that many referrals in a short time they market how to make money online. Those type of followers are more likely to have already researched sites and maybe signed up then just forgot about it

I lost referral bonuses from someone I shared an internet connection with at one point and we never used the same computer.
