I have been here almost a year and keep putting off the "paid to post" feature. Once I do that, do I have to post exactly one post per day or just get thirty decent posts per month?

Can some of those posts be in the "other topics" section?

What you can do is comment on other posts in any section. You have to create 3 posts out of those 30 posts. Then you have to click on paid to post. when you have 30, look for 3 of your posts which you started. then you take the message id 7 digit number and paste and copy it in the paid to post section.then hit forum post request form. you will see 3 places where you can put the 3 message ids. they must be 3 different posts and your own. you can't use a message id of a post you commented on. you will see your posts without RE in front of it. check the box that says you agree to wait 65 days for payment and hit submit. you will get an email when you do this correct.

That is good for you. At least at the end of the month you won't have to worry about not having enough posts to request a forum bonus.

Um, OK, I believe you might be wrong about having to start 3 of your own posts to qualify. At least I've never done that. I think I've only started 1 or 2 topic posts, ever! For the 1st few years I was with FC, I only did the PTP once, I just didn't think it was something I wanted to do on a regular basis. However, I now see it's important, not just for the bonus, but also for me to learn new things about FC. Just today I have learned something I didn't know about surveys!! Anyway, now I try to get at least 30 posts in monthly, and have gotten the PTP bonus for 5 months in a row now!

                Well that's fantastic,  I've never completed the 30 posts in the first 5 days of the month.
