August 6th alot of things happening

August has a lot going on in my family! August 1 is my sister & brother in law's anniversary, August 4th President Obama's birthday, August 5th is my niece's birthday her parents had their wedding anniversary on the 1st, & me & my husband's wedding anniversary or court house anniversary was on the 6th! Had my husband lived, it would've been 11yrs! Mom, told me to light a candle for my husband but decided against it & just imagined lightning a candle for him. Last time I did that I almost burned down the house falling asleep on top of the candle. So, any FC have a lot of things going on this month!?

I am going to the beach this week to spend time with my 2 year old granddaughter there. That should be really fun. And I have a date to go out to lunch with an old friend who lives in FL but will be in my area for a few days. Other than that, I don't really have a whole lot going on in August.

August is usually busy for me at work as mosst ppl take their vacations in the summer month and I usually cover a lot of extra shifts ...  I prefer to take my vacation in the slower months like January and February.

August is busy for my family too.  I have nephew, mother-in-law, husband and Mom birthdays.  Kids go back to school so there is shopping, registration and Dr. appointments.  My son is getting his permit this week... doing a farmers market booth and work, work, work.

just crazy busy with life. 2 kids 2 jobs. should I stay 2 toddlers haha. cleaning the house and all that fun stuff. paying bills

August 7, today, is our 41st Anniversary.  It is also my Mom's 87th Birthday.
We traveled to Iowa yesterday to take Mom and Dad out for Mom's birthday.
Tonight, my husband and I went out for supper for our anniversary.
