I started making some good money with InboxDollars. In fact I just cashed out as we speak. Send Earnings is okay as well but it doesn't have as many offers as InboxDollars.

I've been with Inbox Dollars for several years. Yes, they do charge a $3 processing fee, unless you earn an additional $10 within 30 days. But actually, they just add that to your account to go toward your next cashout.
I did lose my account once due to inactivity. I didn't have any money in my account at the time, or at least not much, and they had stopped sending me emails, so I gave up on them. But then later on I made a new account, and so far they've been great.
