about the tax verification?

i have read some posts about having to send in stuff for tax purposes when your earnings reach 600$ .

i have a question about that... does that mean $600.00 for the tax year? or does that mean $600.00 total earnings ?

and if it does mean total earnings , is there a way i can just do it and get it done, or do i have to wait until i reach $600.00?

It's once you've have received(not earned) over $599 in a calendar year. No you can't do it early. It won't get flagged in the system to pop up until you've reached that point
