Next Door Neighbors From Hell
« on: September 10, 2017, 01:22:34 pm »
How is it my fault that I tell my next door neighbors to NOT park in my assigned parking space?? They're getting upset with me for telling them something that we all in the neighborhood already know. 2 spaces available for each household. Visitors are to park on the side street.

Make it known to whoever enforces the rules of parking where you live & anyone else being effected needs to do the same. I cannot stand people who are completely lacking common sense to understand the world does not revolve around them.
My family & I live in a subdivision located in city limits, we love the location (close to the hospital) & the neighbors are friendly here but a couple of years ago the house across from us was purchased by a younger couple who clearly lacked any sense what so ever. They let their dog loose outside without having a fenced in yard which is a law here for the safety of others & the animal itself. They played their music on full blast with their front door open in the evenings this was above and beyond being ignorant since we have a disturbing noise law. Of course they are no longer doing the above after having learned with fines.

Maybe you need to contact the building owners so they can have a meaningful visit with the offenders.  That's what I'd do.

They never get it until the police or an attorney intervenes. Rude people typically pay no heed to home owner's associations or direct requests. We have some neighbors, fifty yards away-across a river, who let their little yappy dogs go constantly. I have two Golden Retrievers and am surprised if they bark once a year. The neighbors let their dogs out at eleven in the evening and five in the morning without watching them or pulling them back in when they begin to make noise. I sent them a letter, addressed the issue in person and asked the Homeowner's association to intervene-all to no avail. The other neighbor's tried as well. Finally the police got involved and the owners are making a valiant effort to diminish the barking. The police seem to stop by every other week and I would imagine that there has been a disturbing the piece ticket issued.

It is a sign of the times.I would calmly tell them they are wrong. If they dont agree, then call the police.

Obviously not your fault if you tell them. Poor baby.

I'm guessing you'll have to tell them repeatedly.  >:(

I'm so sorry you are going through this-- I have been through this very thing when I lived at the apartments here before getting this house! People can be rude but stand your ground and get landlord involved if need be ! Good luck!

I have some really weird next door neighbors who came and cut down a tree that was on our side of the property line without even asking I printed off a plot of the property and took it and showed them. This is not the only problem I have had from them.

How terrible  :(  Telling them one time should be enough, but clearly some people just have no respect for others.

There are lots of nutbags out there. At the rate this world is going, I'd think you were weird if you DIDN'T have the next-door neighbors from hell.

I have a calico cat. 2 actually, but only one is obviously "calico." My neighbors have a long-haired calico that they let run around outside. We also live on a very busy street ... See where this is going?

Well, one day, dum dums next door let their calico run and she fell off the planet. Theirs is a long-haired calico. Mine is a short-haired. There's no mistaking one for the other if you've looked at both of them for 5 seconds.

**Knock knock on my front door**

Neighbors from hell: "We think you have our cat."

"No, you let your cat run around outside. I have my cats, and I have their adoption papers to prove it. Now get the ---- off my property."

I don't appreciate being called an animal thief, and I never received an apology from them.
