Annual doctor visits

Do you go to the doctor everyday to get your annual wellness
exams? I am back on track with my wellness visits. I have missed
a year couple of times before.

I am my own wellness doctor...lol. I go only to get my vitals for record purposes only. No scripts or shots, no way!

I hate going to the DR.   i been self doing my own things and i never get flu shots its a waste of money. Last year they said they were 17% effective , if my car was only 17% effective i'd be dead in MN - 30 below weather.

No I don't go everyday, but I do go to the doctor every 6 months for my diabetic check-up.  I have been for my pap smear and mammogram for a couple of years, but plan to go soon.

Once a year for a yearly but other visits to her in between, Flu shots coming up  visits every 4 months to my thyroid specialist who is 167 miles  one way plus  lab work every 4 weeks.  What a  bummer with it.

I didn't go every year in the past, but now my insurance company bugs me about it and also pays me incentives to go, so I do.

I don't go every year. If I have to pay for regular check-ups, that is such BS.

I have been going more often now that I am older and have health issues. I see my family dr twice a year, my gyno once a year, my pain management dr 4 times a year, my shrink a couple times a year, my podiatrist a couple times a year and I visit the OSU Spine Center a few times a year. When I was younger I only went when there was a problem. I sometimes wonder if I had went more then, would I be going as much now? lol

I go for annual check ups, pretty proactive about  my health , in between I do what I can to take care of myself to avoid excessive visits, been getting a flu shots for many years, just got yesterday hope it continues to work and do the job for me of keeping the flu away!!!

I do make sure I go to my dr's visits. I have many health problems so I have to go.

I go to the doctor EVERY month. I don't require an annual visit thanks to the year round labs they run on me. I still do a physical once a year but it is sort of redundant. Good for you, keeping your health up. You will appreciate that gift to yourself when you hit 40+. I hope everything checks out fine. Best of luck to you.

At least twice a year and more if needed. Getting old is not for sissies.
