in Chicago, they are expensive.
down south, in Fort Myers, the prices are more reasonable.
Nashville,Tennessee and the Cumberland Gap area have local talent theater.

I haven't been to a dinner theater in years.  Just thinking about it makes me want to go.  We have a venue in Nashville called "The Barn Dinner Theater."  It boasts being "The Country's Longest Continually-Operating Dinner Theatre!" The experience is always so much fun!

I've never been to one, I see advertisements for them and it looks exciting!

I have never been to one.  I heard they were great fun but never got the chance to see for myself.

Most towns have some sort of community theater. Even though it is not professional performers, the actors are usually very talented. And most community theaters usually offer free admission if you volunteer with them. Call your local theater to find out more.

They are so hard to find in here Chicago too!  Haven't been to one in years and think the last one was Mid evil times.  Even the theater shows are expensive and sometimes not worth it.  But we try to go to a least one year

We went to a dinner theater while on our honeymoon in Lancaster, PA twelve years ago. It was a lot of fun. Combining the meal and the entertainment in the same venue and on the same bill is a great idea. This is an excellent option for date night if you have a dinner theater nearby.

I would also like to go to a dinner theater. I'm intrigued by such an immersive experience! When I was younger I sometimes thought about acting in a dinner theater, but then I would wonder what it's l like to act your heart out while people are eating. :D

It has been a while since I have been to a dinner theatre.  I think the last time I went it was a special luncheon performance.
