Support is lax on answering tickets again
« on: October 11, 2017, 04:02:11 am »
So wish FC would get their act together. They used to answer tickets quickly and usually solve the problems but lately, they ignore or close tickets without answering or wait days. Their excuse is they have so many responses to answer. No excuse.  >:(

I'm out 2 DAYS of credit for work I did on the 7th and the 10th. Then they wonder why people leave this site. I don't do this stuff for nothing and I want what's due.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Wake up support people!  You don't earn $$ unless we earn those $$  FOR you so you better start treating us better or you'll be left holding the bag.  >:(

Am I mad? You bet! and it takes a lot to make me mad.

I don't open many support tickets but I believe they are answered quickly. I have never been ignored. FC may be researching your situation and perhaps that is why you have not yet heard back.

However, I no longer open a support ticket if I took a survey and did not get credit. I assume there is nothing that support can do for me.

What did you not get credit for ? Was it surveys, videos, offers? You still might get paid. Sometimes, it is delayed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update:  A couple of years back, I opened a support ticket about not getting paid for something i had done on FC.  I have no memory of what. I never heard back and after many days, thought that that was it.

But then, I checked my account after many days and maybe weeks of not hearing back and realized that I had received credit for whatever I had opened a support ticket about.

You may receive credit tomorrow or next week or next month.

I only open a support tickets if absolutely necessary. I can understand why you would be mad however after reading your post it does seem harsh. I wonder if support after reading your post, will not want to respond to your tickets? I hope you get it resolved though! Best of Luck!

Sometimes I have to get harsh to light a fire under FC. It took weeks to answer a ticket I submitted  last month (which was the first time I submitted a ticket in JUNE, and I had to submit it more than once because they kept closing the ticket without answering and fixing the problem.

This was in offers. So, as of today, there are 2 days of work I was not credited for (the 7th & the 10th)  and that's why I'm aggravated.

If they don't want to answer tickets, then why bother submitted tickets and why bother having a "Get Help" page?

Let me offer an alternative perspective - not meant to sound critical of the OP.  I submitted a support ticket on July 4th about a referral cash out bonus that was revoked. I'd had several prior bonuses from the same referral revoked  - and then reinstated after submitting a support ticket. I have had some tickets resolved on the very same day and other that took a few weeks or more.  The ticket I submitted on July 4th went unresolved for an extended period of time.  I remained patient. I did not support any additional tickets. I did not rant about it.  On September 19th, my bonus was reinstated and I received an additional credit for my trouble.  I didn't ask for anything extra, but it certainly helped me start off the new month of earnings.

On multiple occasions over the past year the chatter in these forums has suggested that the site admin was overloaded with various issues.  I've seen no evidence of outright neglect or abandonment. Some things have taken a little bit longer to get resolved than in the past, but the site is still running and payments are still flowing right on time without fail.

So my personal experience has been that even if support tickets are not resolved right away, they do get resolved. And I have no problem with the delay because I have seen a track record of positive and fair resolution.

I didn't have anything revoked. I just never received credit and the cents that goes along with it.  FC never acknowledged the last month's ticket; they just closed them. So I had to reopen it more than once. Is that right? No explanation as to why they closed them without a reason?

Now, the offers I completed have not been credited. Between the 2 days, it's almost 65 cents that I've lost.

I clicked on support help from the company and they stated they can't help, that  it's FC's problem. Nice....passing the buck.  This is what's frustrating. FC states it's the company and the company says it's FC. So where do you go from there?  Am I supposed  to forget those hours I put in for those cents?

it's happened to all of us... the company says nothing is wrong on their end, and FC says the same thing....you can either fume about it and leave, or brush it off and stay and keep working the other surveys, etc.... I have had very few problems with FC or support... it is still the best site I have been to in resolving issues and being able to make money easily and get paid

Well, it's been happening too often. I almost jumped ship a year ago and if nothing is fixed this time, I'll seriously think about leaving for good. Why should we sit here and work these sites if we're not getting our $$? It's a waste of time. They used to be the best site to make those pennies and solve problems but in the past year, have really been ignoring a lot of problems. They make money from us and we don't deserve to be treated badly.

You're still not going to find a better online opportunity out there for as little work as you have to actually do to earn the same amount of money.  Is it frustrating when things do not credit? ABSOLUTELY! Is it a big enough slight to leave the site forever and the 95% of the other opportunities that do properly credit? I suppose that's a question each person has to answer individually, but it definitely isn't worth it to me.

Good luck to you whichever way you ultimately go!

I could be wrong, but I think there is only the site owner, or perhaps, one other person who answers these support requests.

I don't know why they don't hire more help. I never get a reply right away. The average length from the time of my request to getting an answer is months.

I wish that were an exaggeration, but alas, it is not.

Well, I guess, nothing is perfect.

Well, it's been 6 days since I entered a ticket. No response yet. I'm out two days credit and $$ and now it seems like they're "getting back at me" for the complaint because every time I try the job, it's empty. The last ticket I submitted was back in early September and it took quite a while for that one to be answered, too.

It's just not right. They need to hire other people and get on top of things or they're going to lose a lot of people. i no longer refer people to this site because of the lax support response.

It's sad because this was the #1 goto site to make some money. :'(

I seriously doubt that the site admin is "getting back at you" for anything.

So by "job" I am assuming you are meaning a task? If that is the case you need to take it up with CrowdFlower and be persistent with THEM.  I didn't do many tasks and had the problem of my credit not making it to Fusion Cash  and it was a matter of getting someone there to actually look instead of blaming Fusion Cash and just hoping I would go away.  Among the reasons I don't do tasks.

I am just trying to cashout and I have been try for going on four months.  I submitted a fax verification through fax with my documents and received an email stating FC received my fax and never was able to cash out.  I emailed my fax verification with the documents attached and still have not been able to cashout.  What is the hold up, seems like something isn't getting done on FC end.

Sounds maddening.  Sorry to read about your dilemma.  Your verification for your W-9 seems to have fallen in a crack somewhere.  I am guessing FC is 'programmed' in such a way that upon receiving the required information for the W-9 it would release the held-up cashout to process.  I looked at my copy of the form W-9 I submitted and noticed that it showed my current FC balance for that month at the top.  I did receive that cashout before the 20th of the following month.  Maybe there is another step in there (hands-on approval?) that has been overlooked?  You're really stuck at a time when the support tickets are so backed up, unfortunately.

I just made my filing for tax year 2016 yesterday (Oct. 15, which fell on a Sunday this year, is the regular deadline filing date for extensions filed April 2017).  Technically, FC must report the 2017 income received by members who accumulate $600 or more by the end of the calendar tax year.  FC is then required to mail the Miscellaneous Income Statement to them by January 31st.
