Do you plan to get a seasonal job this year?

I got one for Amazon. It's not a bad place to work. You have to wear comfortable shoes because you are on your feet. I do recommend this company to others. I have to see if there is a discount when I purchase something?

No. I am a single parent that already has a full time job. I am not going to work a second one!

I might think about getting a seasonal job.  The problem is that most of them would require being on my feet a lot and I have issues right now with my legs swelling and aching.  Going to dr. later this week and may consider depending on what he says about my legs.

I've really considered it this year. I know a lot of people who are doing holiday jobs on the side at local stores once they get off of their office jobs. The extra pay would be quite nice, not going to lie.

No, my job just gets busier during the holidays. It's almost like having a second job.

I wish I could get a seasonal job just for a few months to help with the holidays

No I don't plan on it, I volunteer 2 days a week at our local charity food and clothing bank.  Come Thanksgiving we will be working more days toward Thanksgiving to fill the  boxes we give away. Right now we have about 200 signed up to receive them and that is a lot of work and it is all free, so is the clothing.  so I might as well have a part time job but this is more important to me.  Not going to lie about   the money would come in handy. But  since I am going on 75 think I will  let the younger generations have them and not have to answer to anyone.

I don't think I will this year. I have for last couple years and it just wears me out. I want to enjoy the holidays without the extra work this year

I did think about it and decided not to.  Would cost more in gas then I would get to bring home.

I did last year and the extra cash was nice, but the dollar amount wasn't worth it to me how much actual time of my favorite part of the year it took away from me.

That's cool you got a job with amazon. They will be very busy. I plan on just relaxing. I have two weeks off from school and work. I just want to enjoy my family and the holidays. I'll just try to make what I can on here.
