I quit watching when McDreamy was killed off, but this one looks like it might be pretty entertaining with a tip of the hat to old characters.

It was one of my favorite shows, but I think it’s run it’s course.  Don’t really like it anymore.

I stopped watching this show when every single episode turned into a question of which two doctors were going to have sexual intercourse in some supply closet in the hospital this week and whether it would it only happen once?  Mainstream TV has become absolute garbage in my opinion and Grey's Anatomy leads the pack.

I understand that there can be very compelling and emotional story lines - and those are usually very well written! The gratuitous sex and the way that they shove those lifestyles down throats is just unnecessary. But it's a slippery slope we've already slid down I guess.  Long gone are the days when a MARRIED TV couple couldn't even be seen in bed together without at least one foot on the floor! LOL!

One I have followed since it started and look forward to it every week.  Thursday is usually the only night I really relax and watch all my favorites.

I have to respectfully disagree, every single episode is not filled with doctors having sexual intercourse in supply closets.  Yes there have been some but it is far from "every single episode".   Some of the story lines are compelling.

I still love the show.  Have to admit I also believe it may be getting close to the end but I'm still watching.  I also miss McDreamy and the relationship he and Meredith had, especially adopting their child.   I don't remember being as shocked as I was on the episode where he died.  That ending, wow.

My use of the phrase "every single episode" was (perhaps not obviously) intended as an exaggeration, but I think your response that it isn't in EVERY episode has kind of proven my point that it is/was too often.  (And as I said, that was when I stopped watching several years ago, so maybe they have toned it down a bit since then).  As you say, some of the story lines are compelling - a credit which I gave above. For my tastes, the gratuitous unnecessary sex scenes overshined the compelling story lines. But I understand that is only one person's opinion and you are free to feel otherwise.

For the record, this is still one of my wife's favorite shows and she never misses an episode. I don't think any less of her for doing so - it just isn't for me.   :)
