Liberal states lose jobs. Conservative states keep jobs.

This is something that baffles me.  I lost my job in a liberal state so I moved to a conservative state and my job is very secure.  I believe that less taxes are better for everyone but if the state your in keeps raising them the businesses will move out.  I just wish the people who are liberal, would stay in the liberal states so my job stays secure.

Where I live that does seem to be an obvious trend.  Of course a lot of people would disagree because after all this is a political thing.

This would seem to be a good correlation unless you took time to look at facts conveyed by the BLS.Gov site which most likely cannot be considered fake news as it is put out by the same institution run by  the current conservative majority. For instance: if you lived in Hawaii (who's vote does not count) but is considered liberal you would be enjoying a two percent unemployment rate versus seven point two conservatives looking for a job in Alaska. Hawaii's population is twice that of Alaska. North Dakota and Nebraska (combined population 2.5 million) enjoy 2.6 and 2.7% unemployment rates respectively while Colorado and New Hampshire ( combined population 6.9 million) enjoy 2.7 and 2.9% unemployment rates. In simpler terms more people appear to be employed in liberal states. I claim no allegiance to either party but do tend to stick to more factual based statements.

I just know when taxes go down people start hiring people.  If you want to give money give it to charity or church.  But don't expect everyone to give to things they don't agree with. That's what taxes have gone for for the past 20 years.

I think we should just give the liberals New York, Chicago and California,  and keep the rest of the country for conservatives and see which does better.   Everywhere they go they ruin things.

Companies have one goal and that is to make money. Make money for themselves not you. If they are taxed to death then yes they will move on and even move over seas. It is cheaper for them to make the product in Mexico and then ship it back to the US than to pay the extremely high wages some people think they are worth and then be forced to pay a ton of benefits as well.

It's like the Hostess company and their union. They could not reach an agreement and the union thought they will cave. No they shut it down. The company was sold to another company but a lot of the people who lost their jobs did not have a job when the new company took over.

The area you mentioned pay the biggest part of taxes for the entire country, so like it or not the other states would not do as well as you might think.  Some of the less populated states get more federal funds back than they ever pay in.

Same thing with a couple American made knife companies...Union wouldn't budge on a few things, so jobs...POOF...gone to China....now no job.
