First, with water, so the chocolate powder completely dissolves.
Then, add creamer. No sugar added.

Ive always just used water, but milk would make is so much richer! I just use the swiss miss stuff in the canister thats why I use water

I use milk. Water gives it less flavor and consistency, in my opinion. I feel the same way about my oatmeal as well.
