At what age should a girl be if they want a nose ring?

I guess I would say at the youngest 13 but then kids are more grown up acting at a younger age now so I guess it would depend on the individual child and how the parent feels about it.  I was in my early 50's when I got mine and am 64 now and I still love it.  My son's girlfriends daughter is 10 (just turned) and acts like she is at least 16 so who knows.  Glad my kids are grown.

When they are grown with their own decision making, painful.

I'd say no earlier than 16 but it's hard to fathom at any age. I don't get that look tbh

Not sure, I don't have a daughter and I don't think I would let her get one until she left my house...lol

What a world it has become that ppl pierce their noses, tongues and every other body part now(disgusting to me) It use to be you just pierced your ears  but it's a more decadent time now isn't it.

I would say to my sons that they could get their noses pierced after high school graduation, if they wanted to, and they could pay to have it done. I don't 100% understand why someone would want to do that, but I'm sure there are things I've done that another person wouldn't understand. I don't think it's harmful or bad, just a fashion choice. :peace:

I don't think anyone should get one of these, they are very unsanitary.

I never understood the purpose of a nose ring.  It would be a short lived fad for whoever gets one if they are ever looking to get a job.  Most employers wouldn't allow that I wouldn't think.

IDK these days.   I used to want one back in my youth - over 16, but it wasn't trendy then & frowned upon.  Then my job prohibited such things due to grooming standards....   I definitely think 10 is too young because of the dangers of having it ripped out & they are still growing, etc....   so I would think about 16 when their play is less rough & they are more mature in their decision making, & could properly care for it...

I would say 18 years old. If they want one they should be making their own money to pay for it.
