I've had a few like that myself.  Not only are they on FC but on other sites as well.   

They always take the sting out of the ones that leave you growling after 20 minutes of work.

Good for you!  Always glad to see the big dollar surveys and learn that someone actually was able to complete it.  Had a couple myself in the past

I never qualify for healthcare surveys (which is too bad, because they seem to pay the most) because I never have the diseases or conditions they are looking for. They also usually do not want to hear from seniors which is a whole other problem in the survey world in and of itself.

I had qualified for (and taken) a handful of good paying ones a few months ago. They all got revoked the next month

Congrats!  I never seem to get the healthcare surveys. It must be because I'm too healthy. That is a very good thing though.

I DQ'd from that one but have had some great paying healthcare surveys I completed in the past. Congrats on snagging one of those!

Good deal! I just completed a nice paying survey myself! It's one I qualify for every few months conducted by a local radio station. They ask my opinion on different songs, usually pays over $1 a survey.
