& if so, what exactly does it mean?  There are no offers available for everyone, or is it just me that offers aren't available?

I haven't done any videos today, so I can't have already done it.

The only thing that matters is it's not available for you, so the best thing to do is just move on.

I sometimes get this message when I am on Chrome, not always but sometimes. However, I am always able to do this offer using Safari. Try a different browser.

Sometimes if you've been doing Explore10 every day, they will run out of offers to give you. You should usually be able to do at least one a day.

Thanks for that information....I do use Chrome.  I will choose a different browser & try that.

I get that message too so I just move on to something else and try it again later... most times I can do them then

Yes I have been getting that same message, used to can do a lot of videos and now it's cut down to only 2.

Receive the message when I use Google Chrome but it works find on Internet Explore or Microsoft Edge

It happens to me also, but it just means you have reached your limit on doing the offer for the day.

If I can't get them to work on Chrome I go to Internet Explorer and they usually work there.  I guess I gonna have to try Safari browser out.  I really hate using Internet Explorer cuz it is so slow.
