FC Surveys Page Not Working

Every time I have tried to go to the survey page for the past 2 and a half days, I get the message that it is not working and to try again later. I have experienced this before, but it has never lasted this long before. Anyone else experiences this issue?

I use Google Chrome and haven't had any issues.

Mine is working fine, no problems.

Mine is currently working correctly. The only issue I had with it a while back was when I would occasionally get a white screen, but no error message. I would either try refreshing the page or trying again later. It took a few days before it became stable again.
