Anyone else have to sleep with covers even if it's warm?

I feel way too exposed to sleep with no covers, too bad since my bedroom is usually too warm. I need at least the sheet. I wish there was a blanket that would give you the weight of the covers but without the warmth.

 I do like the weight, also.  I'm usually cold at some point during the night, even if I start out warm enough. Lately, I've formed the habit of covering my head as well, with something lightweight, like a silk nightgown. By the time I've nestled down into my "nest," I've usually got just the tip of my nose exposed!

For some reason I have to have at least my hips covered with the covers. Even if it is very warm, I need to have my sheet over my hips (feet sticking out possibly) or I will not be able to fall asleep. I have no idea why.

Yes, I need covers on me, all the way up to my neck. I feel like I'm exposed if I'm not covered. After all, I'm sleeping and anything could happen.

I sleep with covers even when it's warm but I normally use a coverlet which is lightweight and seems to work for me.

I tend to use throw blankets.  These actually vary and some are thinner than others.  In fact even in the winter it is rare when I actually go under the covers.  I have a thin throw blanket ontop of the bed and generally I go under that with the bed cover underneath me.  I've found it provides the warmth I need in the winter with the need to cover myself in the summer.  For me, I can't get hot because when I do, I get sick so even if I am passed out asleep, the minute my body gets too hot, I wake up.  But honestly, not all throw blankets are designed straight for winter, which is a good thing for those of us that can't get too hot.  CoolMax is the best example of this type of blanket.  They are designed to give you the cover you need without getting you hot.

I have always slept with covers to my neck ever since I used to watch Dark Shadows with my Granny when I was real young!!

I'm the same... It doesn't matter how warm it is I still need a cover when I'm sleeping.  In fact the heavier and thicker the better.  If I get a chill when I'm sleeping I'll wake up.  If it's cool outside I don't like the windows open.  And the fan - forget about it.  The wisps of my hair tickle my face and I can't sleep then either.

I have to have a weighty blanket on my upper body to sleep well.  I crocheted one with the tightest stitch and thickest heaviest yarn I could find.  I think its a security thing.

Never, I get the terrible hot flashes so no in summer and usually only a sheet or comforter in really cold weather.  My husband claims he has to sleep in a freezer!  In summer central air on and ceiling fan on.  In winter window opened a few inches.

Yes, I have to have a blanket on me at all times. I use the same blanket summer/winter, although I usually will add an electric blanket when it gets really cold.

I have a comforter to cover up with, I have a fan and the AC on, so I will get cold at night, even in the Winter I have  my fan blowing on me, the heat be too hot, even when I have the vent closed, don't like to get too hot at night, can't sleep then.
