Sloppy joes of course it's one of my favorite meals because

Tonight I will be having a few slices of Papa Murphy's deluxe vegetarian pizza and a bowl of salad, I am donating blood in the morning and the general rule of thumb is to eat like a bunny the day before and drink plenty of fluids. I accentuate this with thirty minutes on a stationary cycle and a few aspirin. The combination helps me bleed faster and fuller so I should only be at the center for about an hour counting lines and crowds.Because I weigh over two hundred pounds I donate more than most-guess my larger body can handle a larger loss.  Right after I leave the blood center I will volunteer at a no-kill shelter for dogs and then head straight to McDonalds for a Big Mac and Large Coca Cola! It is supposed to snow all through the night, temperatures expected to drop to the teens so the ride will be somewhat treacherous.

Just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with some chips tonight. I had been eating a lot of pizza lately and just wanted something quick and easy... and that wasn't pizza, haha.  :)
