I'll most likely skip breakfast, I usually do.  Partly for intermittent fasting but also because I tend to not have an appetite til close to noon.

I skipped Breakfast because of the early Big Dinner that we had early in the Day. I ate left overs that evening. It always tastes better the second time around.

I had a small cup of Ovaltine the first day of the year. I actively try to refrain from eating sugary cereal (Froot Loops, Trix, Frosted Flakes) for breakfast.
