Told I Was Removed From Doing Surveys

I have been a Fusion Cash member for a while now, but took a five month break. I came back; there were tons of surveys, and after one day, they all dried up, and except for TapResearch and Peanuts Labs, I have no other options. My score on YourSurveys is good.

I put in a message to customer service and got a message that I was removed from doing surveys from one or more advertisers, and that they did not know why, but there were some options given as to giving incorrect answers, speeding, etc.

I did nothing wrong and answered truthfully as I always do. How can I be on here for YEARS, and come back ONE day, and all of a sudden, this happens?

And before you say it, I know my answers were correct. They are the same answers I always give.

So, I honestly believe Fusion's Advertiser(s) made a mistake. But good luck, getting Fusion to stand behind any of their employees.

If I have to make money through Peanuts and Tap Research fine, but I am losing all respect for Fusion.

Yeah, that happened to me last fall. I have been a member for 10 years, and I have been revoked from surveys... They told me the same line, except they added in that I may have "speeded through" surveys. Oh, sorry that I'm educated and read quickly? Most of them were DQs anyway. But you're absolutely correct, they will not stand buy their users. Such a shame!

I have been with Fusion Cash for about 8 or 9 years, maybe even 10 years at this point.

In June, my account was restricted. The restriction was lifted two weeks later without any explanation.

Given my demos, I was never able to complete many surveys but now I can not complete any.

Fusion Cash has changed a lot over the last two years.

I've been a member since 2011 and I haven't seen it so bad on this site. I may be quitting if things don't change.

Agree!  I never qualify for any surveys and lately Ive noticed less to click on.  I only made around 35¢ today. Smh
Im fairly new here,  a few months in.  Ive been paid out twice so far,  so Im glad important ts legit.  Tap research has not been giving credit,  so I stopped doing them in that section.  Ive been only clicking on FC surveys... And theres not as many as when I started.  Some sites take longer and give no credit for trying.  I would suggest  Survey Junkie & Curious Cat to do in your spare time!  All easy points there too,!  Good luck!

I am so glad that it is not just me. I mean, I am NOT glad you guys have problems, but at least know that the problem is on their end.

I wish I knew of other sites that paid as well, but so many pay ridiculously small amounts that it literally would take years for it to be worth it to work there.

Just because its coming to end of the year, doesn't mean FC should limit the amount of surveys we qualify for, making it hard to earn that 5 or more cent to get the 15 cent for the day. I just don't think Fusion should put limits at the end of the year surveys.

There was a disclaimer a while back and you should still see it when you start a survey that says they can report you and I think it is 2 reports and your account will be deactivated. I guess they just deactivate the survey part.

To the people saying oh my answers were correct - obviously they were not.  FC is not who disqualifies you.  It is the owner of the survey.  I had a glitch once in a survey I took and it showed things suppose to be hidden.  Certain answers disqualify you.

They are looking for specific answers.  kind of like the political surveys when you answer you are Republican and you get DQ.  They want to say x number of those surveys said they are against Trump.  Well when you only survey democrats you get the results you want.  You can believe it or not but it is the truth.  I have been playing this game for a long time and I know how it works.

They are not putting limits on anybody.  They need to get the surveys answered in order for them to get paid.  The one behind the survey sets it up and sets up what answers get you kicked out.

I agree there seems to be some sort of an issue right now because a LOT of people are complaining that nothing they do is crediting.  I do very little on here right now.  I spend my time on other sites where I know I will get credit for the things I do.

it's not FC's fault... the people conducting the surveys can suspend you for any or no reason, like a business reserving the right to refuse service to anyone..I can't do FC surveys but still make enough to cashout every month doing other surveys, videos, tasks, etc

Im glad your still able to do surveys and earn some money!  It does take a while to earn if there arent a lot of surveys available. I just do the FC ones bc Lab & Tap stopped giving me credit,  & Im not going to waste my time on them.  I only made 9¢ today,  only had 9 surveys to click on smh
Im way behind for a Jan payment,  but Ill hopefully reach Feb payment,  and add up as much as I can til Jan 30t

I had not taken surveys for five months, and I take an hour's worth's of surveys and get kicked off, and it is my fault? Um, NO.

I know how old I am; I know my political affiliation, how many kids I have, what I own, how many pets I have, etc., and I do not need another member telling me that I must have answered incorrectly.

When or if it happens to you, I hope you run into someone like you, who always, and I mean, ALWAYS manages to say the wrong thing.

I find you quite annoying and ignorant in the way you communicate with other people.

You may want to think before the words come out. Try it, I know it's new for you, but try . . .
