I can't go to sleep without taking something. I'll be awake half the night.

I sleep great.  I might only have one night every few months where I don't get sleep.  Try melatonin.

I sleep okay but sometimes I go to bed really late and get up late.

:confused1:   My sleep really stinks!  2 hours sleep, wake up, then up 3 hours and back down again for a few. So on and so on...

One of my goals for 2019 (which I did not mention in a previous post) is to improve my sleep. I tend to sleep late and wake up early, which does not do wonders for my psychological and physical health. So the quality of my sleep is not the best at the present time. However, I am working on it.

Lately I have slept horrible! Im up at 3:30-4:00 as well. No real reason. but it stinks because I am exhausted all day and can't wait to get to bed. I am hoping this nonsense stops soon!

If you have a smartphone, you can get a sleep app for your phone that you can turn on while you sleep at night and it analyzes exactly what your problems are, like do you snore or do you get up at night a lot to go to the bathroom. I have been using one and find it very helpful.

I wish I could sleep past 4 a.m.  No matter what time I go to bed, it seems like I am always waking up around 4.
Have a wonderful day!

I've heard of that before, just added it to my list, thanks for the suggestion.

I sleep great.  I might only have one night every few months where I don't get sleep.  Try melatonin.

I usually get about 6 hours a night.  I try to go to bed about midnight and once the sun starts coming up at 6 I am up too

I wake up a lot during the night but always go back to sleep eventually.  I get a lot of traffic light and noise through my bedroom window so I think if I could get black-out curtains that would help some.

Mine alternates. I think it must involve hormones. Sometimes I sleep perfectly, other times I just won't conk out until the wee hours even if I take something. Melatonin helps usually.

I sleep just fine, but then again I don't have a train waking me up.  I changed my diet pretty dramatically about six years ago and I have slept great ever since.  And meditating before you go to sleep really helps too.

With cooler temperatures, I sleep like a baby.
   Very well!
