Just started to be able to access FC Surveys using my laptop last week so I assumed that it was fixed on FC end but yesterday and today receiving the same message as I did in the past.

This page isn’t working www.fusioncash.net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

My support ticket has been open since Dec 2018 so glad I did not close it.  Yes, I am trying from home, used different browsers, cleared all the cookies, caches and all browsing history but still did not help. Guess I try my IPAD again and hope for the best.

Ive received that same error code at the end of a survey and also did not receive credit for that survey or dq. This is happening more and more often

I think that I have been banned from FC surveys because I have not been able to access one for many months. I always get the disqualified message but I do get my penny.  The only surveys that I now qualify for on FC is TAP and I am happy with that except TAP is not currently crediting.

i get  that error message every once and awhile.
my main problem right now is that tap has surveys but they aren't crediting again.
It is very frustrating. hope all these problems are fixed soon!

I'd guess yes, you are banned. That happened to me last fall and I've never had surveys available since. Although, if a survey link is emailed to me I'm able to complete and get credit.

I had been doing a few on tab and was getting paid for them.  Some were DQ ones and some I got to finish.  I did not get paid for the long one I did this morning some time to quit again.

I have not noticed any errors or issues with FC surveys recently. I have actually been qualifying for a couple of more surveys in recent days, and I appreciate it. In the meantime, I would just try again later.

This is the first survey that payment was refused.  I know it's just a dime, but I would love to know why?  The email has only general reasons and does not specify the exact reason so I won't be able to correct anything at all!  I'm sure I've read other posts from members that feel this way too!

FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider
, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.

Honestly I prefer a quick dq penny to a survey,  at least I know I have that.  The denials or getting dq at the end of the survey is just a turn off.  Especially if you are in a undesirable demographic

Some browsers will get that issue and some ad blockers will cause it to or a mix of both its not always the websites fault
