Google Plus social - oh.  Just have regular google, I guess.  Glad Google not shutting done then.  Used it for years.

i got that email too and i didnt even realize i had a google polus account or page.

I think if you had a gmail account you had a google plus account.  It just kind of came with it.  Most people never done anything with it.  I closed my Facebook account.  Deleted everything off of it.  Emailed them and told them to delete their end as well. 

Social media is too much drama.  I do use Twitter but it is less drama than FB.  Maybe because you are limited on your post space.
