Something strange happened

I've sent friends texts before and several months later they're responding to them with marks.  Lately on a more frustrating note my husband and I text each other and only some of the texts are going through.  Certainly causes some communication issues.  A friend of mine told me the towers in our town are like an umbrella...and we're in the umbrella so sometimes our messages get trapped under there.

No, but here are some bizarre texting stories of my own:

1. I have gotten texts from the future (they were dated from either a few hours ahead or even a day ahead).
2. My mom tried to text me a joke and its punchline. The text of the actual joke ended up coming into my phone about 45 times (who knows what caused this). I kept waiting for the punchline. It only came through twice, but it didn't come for several hours (and I knew she would have sent it to me right away).

Was the text sent from a different time zone?

I have seen a delay in it coming thru by a few minutes or so.

I have got texts from my cousin that she said she didn't send. I wonder if it isn't something she sent a long time ago and I got it again. That is kind of weird and concerning as well.

No - but sometimes I wonder why people don't respond to my text.  Maybe they aren't getting them?

somebody else could have gotten your texts. my husband got text from a girl and i replied back for him. he cant read, so i know it wasnt anything rotten in denmark.  she asked if she could spend the night, and i replied, "not tonight honey". never heard another peep.

No but suddenly now my texts to my son show up on the screen but he never gets them on his end. It is way aggravating me. But no never had one resend at a later date.
