Are you in The United States and if so, what state?
What are you using to access Fusion Cash? Who is your internet provider? What browser are you using?
I am trying to help you figure out what the problem might be?
What difference does it make what state a person is in? I would not give this information out to random people. Just sayin. I am not even sure FC is open to other countries. Also would not answer who the internet provider is. I would think you are out of line asking for this information from other users. Too personal.
The only person who can answer this is support. Submit a ticket and WAIT. It is taking 1-2 weeks to get a reply.
I would guess if you are no longer allowed to access surveys you have been banned from surveys for breaking the rules. There have been multiple disclaimers and pretty much before ANY survey if you fail a trap question you will be reported to your survey panel. FC had a thing that said if you get 2 of these reports you will be banned from doing surveys.
I am bostonphil and I am sorry that you see my post and questions as out of line.
I see my questions as very general and not out of line. I was trying to help the poster as well as others who posted and are having problems. My intentions were and remain good.
I asked about state because often surveys sites are looking for persons in particular geographic locations and or time zones.
Sometimes browsers matter. I have an Apple and often I can not access sites when using safari. Other times safari will not credit. Some time back, I wrote FC support because I was not getting credit for surveys and it was suggested to me that I use another browser rather than safari because safari often will not credit. I am on another site that will suggest you do not use safari to take offers or surveys because safari often misbehaves.
Also, ISP sometimes makes a difference. I have read of some iSP's blocking content like surveys for one reason or another.
I do not mind telling anyone that I live in Texas. I am with Spectrum and I am using chrome right now. I see this as not very personal and very general.
But I am also retired from Market Research and I screened respondents for 27 years when I recruited paid focus groups.
If you read the original post, the member wrote support in December and months later still had not received a response. Other members were posting about their frustrations trying to qualify for and completing surveys.
And I was asking the questions that I was trying to help the poster and other members.
