Still unable to access FC Surveys

Wish support would answer my ticket that has been open since December.  Still unable to access any FC surveys except the ones that I get an email on.  Not sure what the problem is but wish they would let me know.  Wondering if my account is blocked for some reason.  Still receiving the same message for months and have done everything on my end to try and fix it.  Our IT person even came to my house as favor to try and help.  He explained it is up to FC to fix it and my internet service said the same thing.  Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this.

I no longer get them either. I don't even get them in my email because I had opted to not have them sent, but then decided to go ahead and do it, and now it won't let me. Here's the message I get: No surveys available at this time. Please try again later, un-hide surveys, check out our Daily Surveys, or earn a reward for registering with other market research panels.

I believe, that for some reason, I am blocked from taking FC Surveys. I am able to click on but almost always get the message that I am disqualified immediately before I even answer a question. However, I also get a penny so it is a fast penny.

I stick with TAP Research on the left hand side.

Wow, that stinks!   That would cut into your cash!  I also stick with Tap now that it is working.

Got an email that my ticket has been escalated but since no reply as of May 15th.  I am considering it is lost cause to try and contact them any more.  Will use this post as one of my 30 postings when I submit the monthly post and hope that helps but not holding my breath

Are you able to access the surveys on the left hand side of the survey page? I am happy with what I earn on TAP and other members do ok to well on some of the other sites on the left hand side.

Yes have being using these to earn something and also the email survey that are consider FC seem to work.  That is why I am confused as to why I cannot access them using the website.  Just wish they would tell me something especially since the ticket has been opened for so long.

Wow you are getting much further than I am then!! I don't even have a listing of FC surveys, there's just nothing there. All I can do is Peanut Labs, which I try occasionally. I was back to getting access to Tap surveys, but tried today and again it's saying I'm using a VPN or behind a proxy and no access allowed. Ugh... so frustrating!!

Are you in The United States and if so, what state?

What are you using to access Fusion Cash? Who is your internet provider? What browser are you using?

I am trying to help you figure out what the problem might be?

I would wonder if you got banned from Surveys.  There is a disclaimer now when you start a survey that if you FAIL a trap question you will be reported to your panel and you will be blocked from taking future surveys after 2 reports.

You may not even know you failed a trap question.  And you have to be careful because some trap questions you can actually answer correctly but it is not the answer they want so you can get flagged. 

You should have got a warning after the first time though if that is the case.  Sometimes I think there is only ONE person working is support thus why it takes months to get a response.

I actually find an alternate way to start getting FC surveys in my email now, but none on the survey page though. Tasks and HyperMx in the videos is about the only way I get any earnings anymore.  :(

I've been getting this message for months and sent in a ticket months ago and they said I was banned from taking surveys but no explanation why...that was last year and I was hoping when the year started the ban would be lifted, but it must be a lifetime thing.... I still do e-mail surveys, tap ,etc so I'm fine

What difference does it make what state a person is in?  I would not give this information out to random people. Just sayin.  I am not even sure FC is open to other countries.  Also would not answer who the internet provider is.  I would think you are out of line asking for this information from other users.  Too personal.

The only person who can answer this is support.  Submit a ticket and WAIT.  It is taking 1-2 weeks to get a reply.

I would guess if you are no longer allowed to access surveys you have been banned from surveys for breaking the rules.  There have been multiple disclaimers and pretty much before ANY survey if you fail a trap question you will be reported to your survey panel.   FC had a thing that said if you get 2 of these reports you will be banned from doing surveys.

My page is white with 500 error for 3 days out of the week then just reappears....have had access for last two days now.
This site is really something else lately.... ::)

The good news is I've really applied myself to some other site I neglected because of being on here all the time and doing better on those sites than here...
