Portland, Oregon will be in the high 90's this weekend, but I just stay in our air conditioned home and play on the computer.

Our AC blew out on Sunday. Luckily we had it fixed the next day especially when there is a 2-week waiting period over here.

In the south, the summers are always hot and humid. We always welcome a breeze.

Here in Georgia, the Heat Index reached 103. I stayed in all day and just laid around and watched T.V. Since it is the Weekend, I needed the rest anyway.

It has been hot here. I remember the other weekend, it was insanely hot and I just stayed in my bedroom in the AC.

Hot! 115 degrees here in the desert, west is worst than east when it gets hot cause we're not used to the humidity every year at the monsoon dew point is good today though, about 24.

Well it looks like the heat wave spell has ended, and we are heading to fall

We have seen nothing but heat with triple digit temps for days on end in north Texas, but that is to be expected for the month of August.  On Friday, after noontime, the partly cloudy skies yielded to storm cells rolling in from the Red River area teasing us with a hint of early fall as temps dropped and the downpour commenced.  Hey, we're deliriously happy, but it will heat back up before too long.
