Do you eat in your bed?

No but my husband and I used to eat all our meals and snacks in bed. I eat snacks in my chair in the living room while I watch tv but all meals I eat at the table.

Since I sleep on the sofa.  Yes.  I got rid of my dining table a long time ago, just because it was a junk collector.  So we take our meals to the living room and eat while watching t.v.  Bad habit.

Nah, it sounds nice but it really isn't the most comfortable eating position for most foods. Plus get 1 crumb in the bed and I go crazy trying to shake it out

No I do not, I have a bottle of water that if I wake up coughing I take a sip from, but no food

No I do not eat in bed.  When I head to bed, I am tired.  My head hits the pillow and I'm out.

Never in the bed even when I am sick with a cold or the flu.  Don't want crumbs in my bed or something spilling on it

Sometimes something small before bed like a snack or chocolate.

The only time I do that is if I stay in a hotel. I never do that at home though.
