I think I have figured something out.  I have a string of referrals that I have gotten from I assume Twitter.  A couple I know that is where they came from.  They sign up and do nothing else.  Not even the first offer which would be a TAP survey, or any survey.

I am thinking maybe when they have to verify their account with a phone number that is what scares people off.  Idk. I wish people would ask questions so I can explain it is safe to give your phone number to verify your account.

This is the only thing I can come up with as to why people just sign up and do not do anything further.

I had two referrals because they were still working full time and I was recuperating from my first surgery. The one worked FC for 3 months and really liked it and the other one never did a thing, but it was back in 2014-15. The first one didn't like the way I posted on our network remarks about Trump so she got mad and stopped. Both of them let politics get under their skin and no longer do FC.  The one apologized and wanted to be a friend again but I told her where to go because I wasn't the first one she attacked. She would go bananas at times. The other one never spoke to me again. Don't need "fair weather" friends like that. Too bad, it's their loss.  I am still friends with everyone else in the network.

I have never had any luck with getting referrals but I have been a referral on a couple of sites and those folks lucked out with me cause I have belonged to those sites for years and earned a lot of money.  Yea I don't know what the problem is unless you are right with the phone number explanation.

If more money was offered to complete surveys, more people would be involved.

I only know one of my referrals.  She has not done anything in a long time.  She IS busy but you can also make some good money on here.  I am cashing out at $50 or more every month right now.  I have no problem making cash out every month.  But I also work at it.

the others I think there are 5 or 6 are from where I have other accounts and have posted my referral link.  So they joined and nothing else.  The only thing I can figure is when they have to confirm a phone number and email they just quit.  I don't see what the big deal is.  I may be wrong but that would totally make sense.  Other than the 1 person none of the others has done anything beyond just signing up.  Did not even do the first offer or anything.  Let alone make it to cash out.  The one I know personally has cashed out one time.

Surveys is not a job.  People half butt do the surveys now.  They are not going to pay you a full time job income to sit and answer surveys.  Although I have seen on job boards lately "survey taker" as a job listing.  smh

I do agree a lot of people do not participate in surveys because of things like basically being cheated out of your pay.  You complete the survey then it says oh you did not qualify.  Or on this site you get your money revoked later.  I think a lot of times when people have problems with stuff like that it is a situation where people lie just trying to qualify for the survey.  Especially people who do surveys and call it a job.  And try to earn a full time income doing surveys.

Anybody with any sense who does surveys has a regular job.  THIS is not a job!  This will not pay the bills.  If you do surveys you either have to be drawing a government check, working a job somewhere, or have a spouse working because PTC sites do not provide a full time income.  Anywhere that I post my link I stress that.  You are not going to make thousands of dollars working 20 minutes a day a few days a week.  You know the BS that most people who thump for sites like this.

Another reason I think a lot of people's referrals do nothing more than sign up is once they sign up they see it is not the money machine they were promised.

Then the person who referred you did not make any money off you.  You can have 7000 referrals cash out but they do not make you any money unless YOU yourself reach the amount you are suppose to in offers.

Only one of mine tried.  I have offered with tips and tricks to get ahead.  I been around a while I know how the game works. 

No one referred me.  I think I had searched "ways to make money at home" and this site was on a site someone had put up with a long list of other survey or ptc type sites.  I did not follow their link though.  I came directly to the site and signed up and hoped it was a legit thing. haha

Maybe.  The only info that would be released might be your name.  Most sites you absolutely do not know who your referrals are unless they use their real name as their user name.  I think part of it is oh I won't make $40 an hour or they don't want to give their email or phone number.  If "I" am referring you then you can bet it is a legit site I have checked out.  Esp if I say I have worked with the site for years.
