My Balance Keeps decreasing magically

Everytime my balance is close to getting to $25 dollars the balance mysteriously or magically disappear. Why does this keep happening to me. This would be the second time this has transpired. Could someone tell me what is it I need to do or how do I get this to stop?

You have to cash out within 180 days or earning a credit. If some of your credits are reaching the 180 days they may be expiring faster than you are adding to the balance. Check you "account" it lists all of your credits and you should be able to tell if any of them will be expiring.

Earning on Fusion Cash is not difficult at all.  All it takes is a little effort.

In 10 minutes a day you should be able to collect 2 cents for the email, do the PTC routine and qualify by earning 5 cents in offers so you can do it again the next day. Then comment in this Forum a couple of times so you can claim the $3 bonus every month. That simple routine alone would let you cashout without any earnings expiring.

Sometimes all I have is 10 minutes.  Quite a bit can be done in those 10 minutes though.  In fact, what you just described is it in a nut shell.  On the days where I have more than 10 minutes, I just keep going.

I agree with 10 minutes a day you can work and cash out about every other month.  That is what I do, I do not have time to spend hours in FC, I try to dedicate about 30 minutes a day if possible, and do my email, my PTC and the 5 cents daily, I take time to do some surveys. And still I am able to cash about $30 to $40 every other month, you should be able to do that and not worry about getting your credits dissappear

It looks like you came up against the 180 day cash out limit. Any credits that are over 180 days old will expire. I agree with those that suggest you should log in daily and develop a routine. I usually start with the daily e mail followed by the PTC and then qualifying for the next day's PTC, usually through Tap Research and offers on the videos page. I have found this routine works well for me, and you should expect to be able to cash out every other month, at least in my experience. Also, participate in the forum so you can request the posting bonus and do more than the minimum any time you can.

I went looking for the TOS (Terms of Service) and found this explanation about the expiration of earned credits and why they expire after 180 days.  I hope it is clear now.

Per the Terms of Service, account credits expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can reach it with a small time commitment.

That like they said after 180 days can happen or some surveys will discredit you, has happened to me before.

Just make sure to put in a ticket, so FC can properly investigate and correct this issue...

This is such good advice. And if you can find a day where you can dedicate even an hour you can really crank out a lot of surveys. I find it best to focus on the TapResearch as you often get more than the 1c DQ bonus. you can earn a little more per survey. They also tend to be a bit shorter for me and I qualify more often to finish them out.

You need to cash out within 180 days, or your credits expire. It's all in the TOS. (Terms of Service)
