Sample Cube
« on: September 26, 2019, 06:56:19 am »
Is anyone else having problems getting these surveys to work?  No matter what site I do surveys at some point the survey either just ends or at the end when I hit submit a box pops up at the bottom that says "Opps something went wrong".  It will not move from this page so I do not get the DQ cents or credit if I completed the survey.

I have definitely had issues like these with surveys in the past. Fortunately, I have not had issues recently. However, currently I have no Tap Research surveys available. I have had no issues with FC surveys at all recently.

I don't think anyone has TAP right now.  The Sample Cube does not seem to work on any site. I usually just x out when I see that is who is behind it.  I just spent 30 minutes on a stupid survey that paid 30 cents and when I submit it goes to a screen that says "Bad Gateway" and that is the end.  SMH.

I've gotten the "Oops! something went wrong" message for weeks.  I have been copying it and pasting it in the box that pops up afterward to let the provider know what happened with the survey.  It's annoying, but perhaps that issue (plus feedback) has resulted in Tap going offline for maintenance.  Just a thought?

I have also reported it via the feedback box.  I usually just X out once I realize it is Sample Cube and still give the feed back saying I just X out because SC doesn't pay.  You finish the survey and get a "opps something went wrong".  They have to know this is happening so either take the surveys down or fix the problem.

I maintain a couple of websites.  One had major issues (no fault of mine but the host had something go down).  I was able to put a disclaimer on the website.  And even disable the things not working so people were not trying to click on something that was not going to work.
