Referral Help

So I have a new referral showing up on my account page with a check by it. Will it show like this before they confirm their email because I noticed I didn't get a referral bonus posted to my account.

They have not confirmed their email yet, as soon as they do the bonus will be applied.

Thats the only bad thing about using the banners for referrals, when you don't actually know the person who you referred it is hard to encourage them to verify their information... I have one of those myself.
