Hi BostonPhil! Thanks for replying here! You know, Apple has the safest operating system, no doubts on that, but sometimes all this security can get frustrating, isn't it? I think the problem is in the region that's set on iTunes and App Store account. Sometimes this can restrict users from their actions. So the solution is to change the country region for iTunes & App Store account, which can be done pretty fast by following the tech How to guide from OSXtips. Cheers!

hmmm. I did get this type of error message but was a long time ago. Best thing to do is redo the offer again. Or you can try it on a different browser like oepra latest buuild or chrome. Firefox is another one too. Last you could do is check your internet settings and refresh .

It is not just Apple I get that message a lot lately, I just go to settings and turn off proxy

Well, I was able to correct the problem for a short while. Then I had the problem again but now the problem seems to have solved itself in a way that I was not expecting. The offer came back as paying one cent for answering 30 questions. Previously it had paid 3 cents.

I am not interested in this offer for one cent so that takes care of that.

Could be your net company glitching . They change things all the time here and there just to upgrade and such and sometimes those upgrades they make are not good for the consumer and messes with certain things you can do online. Like glitching giving the sign you are using a VPN when you clearly are not. Normally they notice or they get a ton of complains till they fix it the issue

First try a support ticket. They should know what you need to do.
